External involute helical cylindrical gear reducer produced according to JB/T8853-2001 "Cylindrical Gear Reducer" standard. ZSY (Level 3) is suitable for transmission where the input shaft and output shaft are arranged in parallel, with a transmission ratio i ranging from 1.25 to 6.3. It can transmit a nominal power of up to 6666 kilowatts and can be widely used in mechanical transmission in industries such as metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement, plastics, construction, chemical, textile, energy, papermaking, printing and dyeing, and pharmaceuticals.
The gear parameters and structural parameters of this series of reducers have been optimized by computer design. The gear material is made of high-quality high-strength low-carbon alloy steel, which has undergone carburizing and quenching treatment. The tooth surface hardness is high, reaching HRC58-62. The tooth surface precision machining adopts grinding technology, with a precision of level 6, high precision, good contact, and tooth root shot blasting strengthening treatment. The whole machine has the characteristics of small size, light weight, high transmission power, smooth operation, low noise, high transmission efficiency, three levels greater than 90%, high load-bearing capacity, long service life, easy disassembly and inspection, and easy installation.
The application scope of this series of reducers:
The maximum speed of the input shaft is generally not greater than 1500r/min
The maximum circumferential linear velocity of the gear is 20m/s
The working environment temperature is -40~45 ℃. If it is below 0 ℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0 ℃ before starting. This reducer can be used for both forward and reverse operation.
This series of reducers can be equipped with water circulation cooling device, fan cooling device, and electric heating device.
